No Sales Tax

Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn/unused. Shoebuy does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

When making a return or an exchange, Shoebuy.com will:

• Provide you a pre-paid return label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.
• Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
• For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Shoebuy.com will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
